Overview
Engineered a mobile-first hiring ecosystem designed specifically for India’s blue-collar workforce, enabling workers and employers to connect through simplified trust-based workflows instead of traditional resume-heavy recruitment systems.
Problem
Conventional job portals are heavily optimized for white-collar hiring and create unnecessary friction for blue-collar workers who often lack resumes, formal qualifications, or desktop access. Existing platforms also fail to establish trust between employers and workers during early-stage interactions.
Solution
Designed a trust-first onboarding model allowing users to browse jobs and worker listings before authentication, significantly reducing entry friction. Implemented a multi-role architecture with worker verification systems, employer business profiles, role-aware workflows, application tracking, and scalable backend modules optimized for future expansion.
